Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Server Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team based in Hong Kong. As a Server Engineer at Ridge Global Holdings Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our server infrastructure, primarily focused on x86 Server platforms, while providing technical support to our Arabic-speaking clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and language skills to bridge the gap between our clients and our technical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain our x86 Server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our Arabic-speaking clients through various communication channels such as email, phone, or chat.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

  • Implement server updates, patches, and security measures to ensure data protection and adherence to best practices.

  • Continuously monitor server performance, conduct regular backups, and perform system upgrades as necessary.

  • Document server configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization.

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance our x86 Server infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Server Engineer, Systems Administrator, or in a similar role, with a focus on x86 Server platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of x86 Server hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux), and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking clients.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNE (Cisco Certified Network Engineer) or CCSP (Cisco Certified Security Professional).
